The subject of the contract is: Purchase and delivery of computer equipment for the needs of various units of the University of Opole, divided into lots: Lot No. 1 – Purchase and delivery of computer sets for the Office of the Faculty of Philology of the University of Opole – 8 pcs., Lot No. 2 – Purchase and delivery of a tablet with a power supply for the Investment Centre of the University of Opole – 1 pc., Lot No. 3 – Purchase and delivery of laptop computers with accessories for the Investment Centre of the University of Opole – 3 sets, Lot No. 4 – Purchase and delivery of a tablet with a power supply for the needs of the Institute of Medical Sciences of the University of Opole – 1 pc., Lot No. 5 – Purchase and delivery of a tablet with accessories – 1 pc. and a laptop computer – 1 pc. for the needs of the Institute of Visual Arts of the University of Opole. Description of the subject of the contract: 1. with regard to Lot No. 1, it constitutes Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ, 2. with regard to Lot No. 2, it constitutes Annex No. 1.2 to the SWZ, 3. with regard to Lot No. 3, it constitutes Annex No. 1.3 to the SWZ, 4. with regard to Lot No. 4, it constitutes Annex No. 1.4 to the SWZ, 5. with regard to Lot No. 5, it constitutes Annex No. 1.5 to the SWZ. Other information: 1. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for individual lots. 2. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of variant tenders. 3. The Contracting Authority does not require employment on the basis of an employment relationship in the circumstances referred to in Article 95 of the Act. 4. The Contracting Authority does not envisage the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1), points 7 and 8, of the Pzp Act. 5. The Contracting Authority does not require a bid bond. 6. The Contracting Authority does not require a performance bond. 1. The subject of the contract under Lot No. 1 is: Purchase and delivery of computer sets for the Office of the Faculty of Philology of the University of Opole – 8 pcs. 2. The description of the subject of the contract constitutes Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ. 3. The subject of the contract will be delivered to the Contracting Authority at the Contractor's risk and as part of the remuneration (specified in the tender) due to the Contractor. 4. As part of the proper performance of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to deliver and carry the complete and assembled (on-site assembly is permitted) subject of the contract (with the parameters specified in the description of the subject of the contract) into the room indicated by the Contracting Authority, within the time limit specified in point 4 of the SWZ. If additional materials, components and equipment are required for the delivered subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to provide them as part of the remuneration specified in the tender. 5. The Contractor must offer performance of the subject of the contract in accordance with the Contracting Authority's requirements specified in the SWZ and the annexes and include the entire scope of the subject of the contract in the tender. 6. The Contracting Authority requires all units of equipment under the same product item in a given lot to be of the same manufacturer, model, type and configuration, unless the OPZ provides otherwise. 7. The subject of the contract must meet all safe-product requirements in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/988 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 May 2023 on general product safety, amending Regulation (EU) No. 1025/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Directive (EU) 2020/1828 of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Directive 2001/95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Council Directive 87/357/EEC of 10 May 2023 (OJ EU L No. 135, p. 1). The Contractor is obliged to deliver a factory-new subject of the contract (in particular, not repaired, not remanufactured, not previously displayed, not previously used, in its original, unopened packaging – if applicable), originating from current production and a legal distribution channel, operational, complete (in particular, with all components, parts and materials) and compliant with the OPZ – as appropriate for the lot. 1. The subject of the contract under Lot No. 2 is: Purchase and delivery of a tablet with a power supply for the Investment Centre of the University of Opole – 1 pc. 2. The description of the subject of the contract constitutes Annex No. 1.2 to the SWZ. 3.
