Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the purchase and delivery of brand-new computer and electronic equipment for school laboratories under the project entitled “Development of vocational education in Sztum County”, divided into two (2) lots: 1) Lot I: Delivery of brand-new computer and electronic equipment for the computer programming technician laboratory and the logistics laboratory at the Jan Kasprowicz School Complex in Sztum; 2) Lot II: Delivery of brand-new computer and electronic equipment for the automotive laboratory at the Vocational School Complex in Barlewiczki. 2. As part of the offered price, the Contractor is obliged to carry out the following for each item of equipment: purchase, delivery, unloading, and carrying into the rooms designated by the Contracting Authority. 3. The Contractor undertakes to deliver the Subject Matter of the contract to the Contracting Authority using its own transport and at its own expense: Lot I: Delivery of brand-new computer and electronic equipment for the computer programming technician laboratory and the logistics laboratory at the Jan Kasprowicz School Complex in Sztum Delivery address: Jan Kasprowicz School Complex in Sztum, ul. Kasprowicza 3, 82-400 Sztum Lot II: Delivery of brand-new computer and electronic equipment for the automotive laboratory at the Vocational School Complex in Barlewiczki Delivery address: Stanisław Staszic Vocational School Complex in Barlewiczki, Barlewiczki 13, 82-400 Sztum 4. The computer and electronic equipment constituting the subject matter of the contract must be brand-new, unused, not previously displayed, operational, and free from physical and legal defects and third-party claims. 5. The offered devices must meet the technical requirements specified in the OPZ. These requirements are minimum requirements.
