Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of computer equipment for the Silesian garrison under a framework agreement divided into tasks as follows: 1) Task 1 - AIO computer - number of units: 3000 2) Task 2- Laptop computer - number of units: 500 3) Task 3 - Mini PC computer with monitor - number of units: 3000 2. The Contracting Authority will conclude a framework agreement for each task separately with a maximum of four (4) Contractors whose tenders meet all the requirements of the SWZ and the Pzp Act and receive the highest number of points based on the tender evaluation criteria specified in Section XX of the SWZ. If fewer tenders not subject to rejection are submitted, the Contracting Authority will conclude a framework agreement with all Contractors for the given task who meet all the requirements of the SWZ and the Pzp Act. If one tender not subject to rejection is received for a given task, the Contracting Authority will conclude a framework agreement with one Contractor. 4. In Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, the Contracting Authority specified the minimum technical parameters for the devices and equipment. The Contractor may offer devices and equipment with higher parameters. Offering devices and equipment that do not meet the Contracting Authority's minimum requirements will result in rejection of the tender pursuant to Art. 226 sec. 1 point 5) of the uPzp, as failing to meet the contract conditions. 5. Details of the contract are contained in the SWZ and annexes. 6. The value of the framework agreement will not exceed the gross amount of PLN 34 440 000,00 (the amount that the Contracting Authority intends to allocate to the performance of the contract), including: for task 1: PLN 16 848 540,00 for task 2: PLN 1 706 010,00 for task 3: PLN 16 848 540,00 Settlement for completed deliveries will take place on the basis of separately concluded specific contracts based on the unit prices indicated in the tender form - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, subject to § 6 of the draft contractual provisions. 7. Contractors may jointly apply for the award of the contract. 8. In the case of consortia and civil-law partnerships, a separate declaration regarding the absence of grounds for exclusion, fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure or selection criteria must be submitted for each co-contractor. Such a declaration confirms fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure or selection criteria and the absence of grounds for exclusion only with respect to the given consortium member or partner (Art. 125 sec. 4 of the Pzp). This means that each co-contractor demonstrates in the declaration only its own capabilities (resources). 9. In the case referred to in sec. 1, the Contractors appoint an attorney-in-fact to represent them in the contract award procedure or to represent them in the procedure and conclude the public procurement contract. 10. The tender must be signed in such a way as to legally bind all Contractors acting jointly. 11. If Contractors jointly apply for the award of the contract, the documents and declarations indicated in Section VIII points 1.2 and 2.1 shall also be submitted by the Contractor jointly applying for the award of the contract. The provisions of Section VIII secs. 2.2-2.5 shall apply accordingly. 12. The Contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to a subcontractor. 13. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate in the tender the part of the contract whose performance it intends to entrust to subcontractors and to provide the names of any subcontractors, if already known. The above information shall be provided in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. If the Contractor does not intend to perform the contract with the participation of subcontractors, “not applicable” or another similar wording must be entered in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. If the Contractor leaves this point of the form uncompleted (blank field), the Contracting Authority will consider that the contract will be performed using the Contractor's own resources, without the participation of subcontractors. 14. Entrusting the performance of part of the contract to subcontractors does not release the Contractor from liability for the proper performance of the contract. 1.The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of computer equipment for the Silesian garrison under a framework agreement divided into 3 tasks. 2. The framework agreement shall be valid from the date of its conclusion for a period of 16 months (no longer than until 31.12.2027), with the proviso that it may be completed within a shorter period if the Contracting Authority places the final order earlier, taking into account the deadline for completing individual partial deliveries under specific contracts. 5. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of extending the performance period of the framework agreement in relation to the period specified in point 1 if the funds allocated to the performance of the contract have not been used, until those funds have been used. In such a case, the extension of the performance period of the framework agreement will be introduced by an annex to the agreement, with the proviso that the extension of the performance period of the framework agreement shall not exceed 12 months. 6. Partial orders under specific contracts shall be performed within the period indicated by the Contractor in the specific procedure, but no longer than 90 calendar days, counted from the day following the date of conclusion of the agreement.
