The subject matter of the contract is the purchase and implementation of server infrastructure supporting the provision of e-services for Miejski Zakład Komunalny Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Stalowa Wola, divided into lots and with an option right. 2. The task is being carried out as part of the project entitled “Introduction of new e-services for customers of MZK Sp. z o.o. in Stalowa Wola”, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under Priority No FEPK.01 “Competitive and Digital Economy”, Measure FEPK.01.02 Digitalisation, of the European Funds for Podkarpackie 2021-2027 regional programme, Call No FEPK.01.02-IZ.00-001/23. 3. The Contracting Authority divides the contract into lots. The lots are defined as: 1) Lot 1 - Purchase and delivery of servers and licences for the ERP system, with an option, 2) Lot 2 - Purchase and delivery of equipment for IT systems, with an option, 3) Lot 3 - Purchase and delivery of servers for the Cybersecurity system, with an option. 4. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) can be found in: 1) Annex No 2A to the SWZ – Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract for Lot 1 and Annex No 3A to the SWZ – Draft contractual provisions for Lot 1, 2) Annex No 2B to the SWZ – Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract for Lot 2 and Annex No 3B to the SWZ – Draft contractual provisions for Lot 2, 3) Annex No 2C to the SWZ – Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract for Lot 3 and Annex No 3C to the SWZ – Draft contractual provisions for Lot 3. 5. Contract performance period: up to 180 days from the date of conclusion of the contract (for all lots). 6. The Contracting Authority does not impose a limit on the number of lots that may be awarded to the same Contractor—each Contractor has the right to submit a tender for one or all lots of the contract. A Contractor may submit only one tender for a given lot. Each lot of the subject matter of the contract will be evaluated separately. 1. The subject matter of the contract for Lot 1 includes: 1) performance of the basic contract covering the purchase and delivery of IT equipment—servers and licences for the ERP system, together with implementation. The minimum requirements and quantities relating to the infrastructure and licences are described in Annex No 2A to the SWZ—Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract, Lot 1. 2) performance of the optional contract covering the purchase and delivery of RAM with a maximum capacity of 256 GB RDIMM DDR5 6400 MT/s in modules with a capacity of 64GB. 2. Under this contract, the Contracting Authority provides for the use of the option in accordance with the rules set out in the SWZ, including Annex No 2A to the SWZ – Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract for Lot 1 and Annex No 3A to the SWZ – Draft contractual provisions for Lot 1. 3. Contract performance period for Lot 1: up to 180 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, provided that the equipment and software must be delivered within 160 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. Implementation must begin within 7 days from the date of delivery of the last component necessary for the installation and configuration of the equipment and licences. 4. The deadline for performance of the subject matter of the Contract referred to in point 3 includes completion of all deliveries of the product range specified in the OPZ and the Contractor's tender, as well as its installation and configuration together with the delivery of post-implementation documentation. 1. The subject matter of the contract for Lot 2 includes: 1) performance of the basic contract covering the purchase and delivery of equipment for IT systems—servers, backup server, backup disk appliance (deduplicator), tape library, backup software—30 VMs, storage array, 25G switches, management switches, together with implementation. The minimum requirements and quantities relating to the infrastructure and licences are described in Annex No 2B to the SWZ—Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract, Lot 2. 2) performance of the optional contract covering the purchase and delivery of RAM with a maximum capacity of 256 GB RDIMM DDR5 6400 MT/s in modules with a capacity of 64GB. 2.
