Poland – Concrete products – Supply of concrete culverts

Opportunity description

The subject of this contract is the supply of concrete culverts, hereinafter referred to as the “assortment”, intended for the 25th Military Economic Unit, with delivery and unloading at the locations indicated by the Contracting Authority: - Basic order: Zaleszany (Michałowo municipality), Siemianówka (Narewka municipality), Sieruciowce (Nowy Dwór municipality) - Optional order: a location indicated by the Contracting Authority at a distance of no more than 150 km from the 25th Military Economic Unit (70 Kawaleryjska Street, Białystok), Podlaskie Voivodeship. During the delivery, the Contractor shall bear full civil liability for any damage caused to third parties due to improper performance of the deliveries and shall also assume responsibility for obstructions to travel on roads subject to tonnage restrictions. The Contractor is obliged to submit to the Contracting Authority the National Declaration of Performance for the assortment indicated in the tender. Procedure: open.
