Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of factory-new vehicles and municipal equipment (with the exception of the specialist vehicle – an aerial work platform) intended for carrying out the own tasks of the Municipal Utilities Management Authority in Czeladź, including in particular road maintenance, including winter road maintenance, maintenance of green areas, performance of road works, transport of materials, maintenance of urban greenery and street lighting, and performance of other municipal works. 2. The subject matter of the contract includes the supply of vehicles and equipment together with complete equipment, technical documentation, operating instructions in Polish, warranty cards, documents required for vehicle registration (if applicable), and type-approval certificates. The subject matter of the contract has been divided into 4 parts: part 1, part 2, part 3, part 4 – in accordance with Chapter IV of the SWZ. 3. Division of the contract: The subject matter of the contract has been divided into seven parts in accordance with Chapter IV of the SWZ. 4. Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract for the individual parts is specified in: Annex No 2.1 – OPZ – Part 1 - Supply of a backhoe loader Annex No 2.2 – OPZ – Part 2 - Supply of a truck with a multifunctional body Annex No 2.3 – OPZ – Part 3 - Supply of two VAN-type vehicles Annex No 2.4 - OPZ - Part 4 - Supply of a used special-purpose vehicle – an aerial work platform. 5. The Contracting Authority informs that it does not require the submission of a tender to be preceded by a site visit and does not envisage convening a meeting of Contractors to clarify the content of the SWZ. 6. Equivalence. The Contracting Authority informs that wherever it has described the subject matter of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority permits solutions equivalent to those described. In view of the above, it should be assumed that each such reference in this SWZ and its annexes is accompanied by the words “or equivalent”. A Contractor that invokes solutions equivalent to those described by the Contracting Authority is obliged to demonstrate that the solutions proposed by the Contractor meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract to an equivalent degree. 7. Condition of vehicles, machinery and equipment. All vehicles, machinery and equipment offered (with the exception of the specialist aerial work platform vehicle) must be factory-new, complete and ready for use, free from physical and legal defects, and may not be used, ex-display or reconditioned, manufactured in 2025 or 2026. 8. The Contracting Authority does not require subject-matter evidence. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of one factory-new backhoe loader intended for earthworks, road works and municipal works. The scope of the contract includes in particular: - supply of a complete backhoe loader together with basic equipment and the required additional equipment specified in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract, - provision of operating instructions and technical documentation in Polish, - provision of documents necessary for vehicle registration, - provision of a warranty card. The Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract constitutes Annex No 2.1 to the SWZ. The subject matter of the contract must be performed in accordance with the Specification of Contract Terms together with the annexes and the Contractor’s tender together with the annexes. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of one factory-new truck with a permissible gross vehicle weight of up to 18 tonnes, equipped with: - a tipper body, - a hydraulic truck-mounted crane (HDS) with a lifting moment of a minimum of 7 tonne-metres and a maximum of 10 tonne-metres, mounted between the cab and the cargo body, - a gritter, - a snow plough, together with complete equipment, technical documentation, operating instructions, warranty cards and documents required for vehicle registration. The Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract constitutes Annex No 2.2 to the SWZ. The subject matter of the contract must be performed in accordance with the Specification of Contract Terms together with the annexes and the Contractor’s tender together with the annexes. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of two factory-new VAN-type vehicles with a permissible gross vehicle weight of up to 3.5 tonnes. The scope of the contract includes the supply of two vehicles together with complete equipment, technical documentation, operating instructions, warranty cards and documents necessary for their registration. The Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract constitutes Annex No 2.3 to the SWZ. The subject matter of the contract must be performed in accordance with the Specification of Contract Terms together with the annexes and the Contractor’s tender together with the annexes. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of a used special-purpose vehicle – an aerial work platform (cherry picker).
