Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive provision of Substitute Investor services and multidisciplinary Investor’s Supervision Inspector services for the investment project entitled “Development of the cultural activities of the Polish Theatre in Poznań - reconstruction, extension and renovation of the buildings together with the purchase of equipment”. The subject of the contract includes in particular: • the organizational, technical, settlement and reporting management of the investment on behalf of and for the benefit of the Contracting Authority, within the limits of the authorization granted in the contract; • performing multidisciplinary investor’s supervision within the meaning of the Construction Law Act; • coordination of the activities of the Contracting Authority, designers, author’s supervision, the construction works contractor, administrative authorities, conservation services and other participants in the investment process; • monitoring the schedule, budget, quality, and compliance of the works with the documentation, regulations, administrative decisions and technical knowledge; • handling acceptances, settlements, as-built documentation, construction completion procedures and activities during the guarantee and statutory warranty period.
