The subject matter of the contract is the provision of services to the Contracting Authority related to acting as Substitute Investor (IZ) and Investor’s Supervision Inspector (INI) in the implementation of the investment entitled: “Expansion and additional equipping of the Świętokrzyskie Oncology Center in Kielce in order to increase the scope of services and the innovativeness of oncological treatment. The detailed scope of the Contractor’s obligation has been specified in Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ “Draft contractual provisions (PPU)” (together with appendices), including Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement – Description of the subject matter of the contract.
