The subject matter of the contract is an investor’s supervision service for five small retention projects according to the following list: - Investor’s supervision service for the project entitled: “Construction of a weir on the main ditch of the drainage facilities network entitled \"Zgniłki\" in the Wąkop Forest Range” - Investor’s supervision service for the project entitled: “Construction of a system of damming facilities entitled \"Ols\" in the Wąkop Forest Range” - Investor’s supervision service for the project entitled: “Construction of a system of damming facilities entitled \"Rurki\" in the Wąkop Forest Range” - Investor’s supervision service for the project entitled: “Construction of a system of damming facilities entitled \"Biedaszek\" in the Wąkop Forest Range” - Investor’s supervision service for the project entitled: “Construction of a system of damming facilities to create a wetland area entitled \"Tania\" in the Słup Forest Range”. The subject matter of the contract includes exercising investor’s supervision over the construction works specified in the design and cost-estimate documentation, as well as cooperating with the contracting authority in order to effectively enforce the works contractor’s performance of these works in accordance with the contracting authority’s requirements, including the design and cost-estimate documentation and the DNSH guidelines, using materials and technologies of appropriate quality, settling the works on the basis of the contractual costs of their performance, and completing the works within the deadline established in the contract. The anticipated scope of the construction works is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
