The subject of the contract is acting as Substitute Investor for construction works related to the reconstruction of streets in Wałbrzych under the “design-and-build” system, together with the provision of author's supervision. The subject of the contract has been divided into 4 tasks: Task I – Acting as Substitute Investor for the task entitled: “Reconstruction of Głowackiego Street in Wałbrzych under the ‘design-and-build’ system, together with the provision of author's supervision”, Task II – Acting as Substitute Investor for the task entitled: “Reconstruction of Pankiewicza Street in Wałbrzych with the revitalisation of the adjacent square as part of the project entitled: ‘Integrated revitalisation of the public space of Wałbrzych City Centre combined with social activation’ under the design-and-build system, together with the provision of author's supervision”, Task III – Acting as Substitute Investor for the task entitled: “Reconstruction of Bukowa Street in Wałbrzych under the design-and-build system, together with the provision of author's supervision”, Task IV – Acting as Substitute Investor for the task entitled: “Reconstruction of Bogusławskiego Street in Wałbrzych under the design-and-build system, together with the provision of author's supervision”. The contract covers supervision of the preparation and verification of the design documentation and investor's supervision over the performance of construction works within the scope of the task entitled Reconstruction of Głowackiego Street in Wałbrzych under the “design-and-build” system, together with the provision of author's supervision.
