1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service involving the provision of investor supervision for the project: “Provision of investor supervision for the project: Construction of the Namysłów bypass along provincial road No. 451”, in accordance with the terms of the SWZ. 2. The subject of the contract is the provision of investor supervision services for construction works, verification of the financial settlements for the task in the disciplines listed below, and the performance of control laboratory tests in accordance with the attached list of tests. The Contractor will be required to appoint an “Investor Supervision Team”, comprising discipline-specific inspectors provided by the Contractor, in particular: a) Roadworks Inspector, b) Bridge Works Inspector, c) Gas Works Inspector, d) Technology Specialist, e) Laboratory Services, f) Sanitary Works Inspector (sanitary sewerage, stormwater drainage and water supply systems), g) Electrical Power Engineering Inspector, h) Telecommunications Inspector, i) Surveying Specialist j) Geotechnical Specialist k) Settlement Specialist. The Resident Engineer will coordinate the Contractual obligations. Furthermore, if the composition of the “Investor Supervision Team” is insufficient for the comprehensive performance of the services, the Contractor undertakes to provide and appoint other necessary discipline specialists to ensure the proper performance of this contract, within the remuneration offered in the tender. 3. The detailed scope of the contract is contained in the design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, and bills of quantities constituting appendices to this specification. 1.
