Opportunity description
The subject matter of the Contract is the management and supervision of the implementation of the investment task under the project entitled: “Preparation of an alternative agglomeration connection Gliwice - Ruda Kochłowice - Katowice via railway lines No. 141 on the Gliwice - Ruda Kochłowice section, 164 on the Ruda Kochłowice – Hajduki section and 651 Hajduki – Gottwald”, implemented under the Programme for Supplementing Local and Regional Railway Infrastructure – Railway + until 2029—constituting the Basic Scope of the contract, i.e. in particular: a) Performing the function of Engineer in accordance with the Agreement and the Construction Contract; b) Physical and financial management, in particular comprehensive administration of the Construction Contract with respect to its settlement, monitoring, and physical and financial reporting; c) Technical management, including performing the duties of the Investor’s Supervision Inspector for the Construction Contract; d) Management, including coordination of the Construction Contract concluded under the Project; e) Conducting environmental supervision (with respect to monitoring the impact of the construction process, inter alia, on surface water and groundwater, noise, air, the earth’s surface, waste management, and greenery management) and nature supervision, in accordance with the decision on environmental conditions, provisions agreeing the conditions for implementation of the undertaking, and other administrative decisions in this regard, as well as an optional extension of the implementation period by a maximum of 12 months from the completion of the Basic Scope.
