Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is an investor supervision service for five small water retention projects according to the following list: - Investor supervision service for the project entitled: “Construction of a weir on the main ditch of the drainage system called \"Zgniłki\" in the Wąkop Forest Range” - Investor supervision service for the project entitled: “Construction of a system of water-damming structures called \"Ols\" in the Wąkop Forest Range” - Investor supervision service for the project entitled: “Construction of a system of water-damming structures called \"Rurki\" in the Wąkop Forest Range” - Investor supervision service for the project entitled: “Construction of a system of water-damming structures called \"Biedaszek\" in the Wąkop Forest Range” - Investor supervision service for the project entitled: “Construction of a system of water-damming structures to create a wetland area called \"Tania\" in the Słup Forest Range”. The subject of the contract includes exercising investor supervision over the construction works specified in the design and cost-estimate documentation, as well as cooperating with the contracting authority to effectively enforce the works contractor’s performance of those works in accordance with the contracting authority’s requirements, including the design and cost-estimate documentation and the DNSH guidelines, using materials and technologies of appropriate quality, settling the works on the basis of the contractual costs of their performance, and completing the works within the deadline specified in the contract. The anticipated scope of the construction works is set out in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
