The subject of the contract is the Construction of the Leisure and Recreation Center in Kumowa Dolina in Chełm, comprising the execution of construction works together with the necessary elements of accompanying infrastructure in accordance with the prepared and attached design documentation and the issued building permit, including also: a) surveying services for the works being carried out, b) preparation and delivery to the Contracting Authority of complete as-built documentation, c) preparation of an as-built geodetic survey, d) the Contractor making, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, all notifications and arrangements, and the Contractor obtaining, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, and providing the Contracting Authority with all final and unconditional decisions and permits necessary to bring the Investment into use, in accordance with the applicable regulations, including an occupancy permit decision (if required), e) handing over the Investment to the Contracting Authority for use, f) preparation of a material and financial schedule for the construction works, g) execution of the construction works on the basis of the approved technical documentation, h) carrying out control measurements in accordance with the requirements of the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works (STWiOR). The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified by: 1) Draft Contract Provisions (PPU) - Annex No. 8 to the SWZ; 2) Design documentation, bills of quantities, Technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works (STWiOR) – annex to the Draft Contract Provisions. The Contracting Authority, pursuant to Art. 257 of the Pzp Act, reserves the right to cancel the contract award procedure if the public funds that it intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been awarded to it.
