Opportunity description

The subject matter of the Contract includes the preparation of Formal Documentation and Technical Documentation and the performance of the Works and Construction Works necessary for the construction and commissioning of Section II of the 400 kV Choczewo – Gdańsk Przyjaźń Line, as well as the performance of the remaining scope described in the PFU. In each and every case in which the Contracting Authority describes the subject matter of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Act, the Contracting Authority permits solutions equivalent to those described, provided that they make it possible to achieve characteristics or parameters no worse than those referenced. The above means that the contractor may apply the solutions described by the Contracting Authority “or equivalent”. In accordance with Article 101(5) of the Act, a Contractor that relies on solutions equivalent to those described by the Contracting Authority is required to demonstrate that the supplies, services or construction works it offers meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority, provided that the Contractor proves in its tender, in particular by means of the subject-matter evidence referred to in Articles 104–107 of the Act, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract to an equivalent degree. The subject matter of the Contract includes the preparation of Formal Documentation and Technical Documentation and the performance of the Works and Construction Works necessary for the construction and commissioning of Section II of the 400 kV Choczewo – Gdańsk Przyjaźń Line, as well as the performance of the remaining scope described in the PF-U.
