Opportunity description

1. The subject of this contract is construction work consisting in the implementation of the investment task entitled: Construction of a road system connecting Antoniego Tabaki Street with Tysiąclecia Street in Swarzędz, together with the construction of a grade-separated crossing under the tracks (railway viaduct) at the level of Tabaki Street in Swarzędz at km 292.400 of railway line No. 3 Warszawa Zachodnia-Kunowice. The detailed scope of the contract is specified in Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ and in Appendix No. 14 – technical documentation. The remaining conditions concerning performance of the contract are specified in the draft contractual provisions – Appendix No. 10. 2. The Contracting Authority envisages awarding contracts pursuant to Art. 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law (up to PLN 25,000,000.00) should the circumstances referred to in Art. 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law arise. The subject of the aforementioned contracts will be similar construction work or services consistent with the subject of the basic contract. The Contracting Authority envisages awarding contracts of this type in particular when it becomes necessary and / or there is a need to carry out scopes of work not currently included within the scope of the basic contract, the performance of which will be possible by repeating construction work or services similar to those envisaged within the scope of the basic contract – in particular where there is a need / necessity to reconstruct / renovate streets / roads / transport routes adjacent to the investment – anticipated performance of work in the following scope: 1) Group I – road works together with roadside greenery – work involving the construction /reconstruction /renovation of streets and roads and the performance of a range of work related to the maintenance and implementation of roadside greenery (in accordance with the bill of quantities for this contract); 2) Group II – specialist works – construction/ extension/ reconstruction of networks, connections and installations: • sanitary systems, district heating pipelines, gas pipelines – work involving the construction, reconstruction and extension of networks and installations and the removal of conflicts with installations / networks (in accordance with the bill of quantities for this contract); • electrical systems – involving the construction and reconstruction of street lighting, the construction and reconstruction of power cable lines and traffic signals (in accordance with the bill of quantities for this contract); • telecommunications systems – involving the construction or reconstruction of telecommunications infrastructure (in accordance with the bill of quantities for this contract); 3) Group III - structural works, work involving the construction, reconstruction or extension of an engineering structure (in accordance with the bill of quantities for this contract).
