Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a road interchange at the location of the existing intersection of national road No. 81 with provincial road DW 944 – Bielska Street in Skoczów /Silesian Voivodeship, Cieszyn County/, together with the removal of conflicts with technical infrastructure unrelated to the road. 3. The scope of the subject of the contract includes in particular: Road works: • expansion of national road DK81, class GP2x2, from km 61 +118 to km 62 + 424; • expansion of provincial road DW944, class G1x2, from km 9+270,98 to 9+472,98; • construction of a diamond-type road interchange at the intersection of national road DK 81 with DW 944, with a grade-separated route along DK 81; • construction of entrance and exit ramps; • expansion of municipal road DG 430106S, class D (Potok Street); • expansion of municipal road DG 430056S, class D (Fabryczna Street); • reconstruction of municipal road DG 430074S (Wiślańska Street), class L; • construction of new sections of municipal roads; • construction/reconstruction of sidewalks and pedestrian and bicycle paths; • construction of a medium-sized roundabout at the connection of DW944 with the DK81 ramps; • construction of an at-grade intersection of county road DP 2616S (Stalmacha Street), class Z, with new municipal road No. 2 (section A), class L; • construction of an at-grade intersection of new municipal road No. 2 (section A), class L, with new municipal road No. 2 (section B), class D; • construction of a channelized intersection for right turns between ramp Ł2 of the interchange along DK81, class GP, and municipal road No. 430056S (Fabryczna Street), class D, equipped with deceleration and acceleration lanes; • reconstruction (demolition and construction) / construction of access roads to properties within the scope of the project; Construction of road technical equipment: • construction of drainage and water discharge facilities (surface drainage, road stormwater drainage system); • construction of a street-lighting system together with its power supply; • construction of facilities and equipment serving road users: turning areas, pedestrian crossings and bicycle crossings; • construction of road technical devices: safety barriers, railings; • removal of trees and shrubs to the necessary extent; • reconstruction (demolition and construction) /construction of fencing; Bridge works: • construction of engineering structures: - WD.1 viaducts along DK81 at km 61+777,35 over DW944 – left and right carriageways; - WD.2L bridge along the left carriageway and DK81 ramp at km at km 62+140,42 over the Bładnica River; - WD.2P bridge along the right carriageway of national road No. 81 at km 62+153,74 over the Bładnica River; - WD.3 bridge along ramp Ł.2 of national road No. 81 at km 62+170,54 over the Bładnica River; - PP.1 underpass beneath DK81 at km 61+899,20; - PP.2 underpass beneath DW944 at km 61+840,50; - P.1 culvert on a ditch beneath road DK81 at km 61+533,96; - retaining structures KO.1 ÷ KO.6 • demolition of engineering structures conflicting with the project: - the bridge (bridges), separately for each carriageway, along DK 81 over the Bładnica River, together with equipment: bridge ID.1.L along the left carriageway, bridge ID.1.P along the right carriageway; - bridge ID.2 along DG 430074S (Wiślańska Street) over the Bładnica River, together with equipment; - the underpass beneath road DK81, together with equipment; - the existing culvert ID.4 along national road No. 81 at km 61+528,14; Environmental protection equipment: • construction of acoustic barriers; • landscaping within the boundaries of the planned road right-of-way; Technical infrastructure within the road right-of-way unrelated to the road: • protection/reconstruction (demolition and construction) of the power network – low and medium voltage; • protection/reconstruction (demolition and construction) of the telecommunications network; • protection/reconstruction (demolition and construction) of the water-supply network; • protection/reconstruction (demolition and construction) of the gas network – low, medium and high pressure; • protection/reconstruction (demolition and construction) of the stormwater drainage network (other than road drainage). 3. The contract will be performed on the basis of the Conditions of Contract for Construction for Building and Engineering Works Designed by the Employer. The Contracting Authority reserves the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform the key tasks, i.e.: bridge works within the scope of concrete works, excluding: - piling works and other specialized indirect foundation techniques, and - production of structural prefabricated elements (concrete, steel, composite), and - finishing works, and - supplies of materials and services. With respect to the key tasks reserved for personal performance by the Contractor, the Contractor may not rely on the capacities of an entity providing resources, under the rules specified in Article 118(1) of the Public Procurement Law, in order to demonstrate compliance with the relevant conditions for participation in the procedure. 5.
