The subject of the contract is the comprehensive design and execution of construction works as part of the investment entitled “Supporting the economic development of the revitalization area through the development of the Maślany Market Square area in Nowy Sącz” – under the “design and build” procedure, including: 1. preparation of design documentation and obtaining all necessary arrangements, opinions, administrative decisions and permits required for the implementation of the Investment; 2. execution of the construction works specified in the design documentation, deliveries, installation, commissioning, tests, start-ups, handover of complete as-built documentation, and performance of all other services necessary to achieve the objective; 3. obtaining all required occupancy permit decisions, including for Stage I and for Stages II and III; 4. providing designer’s supervision throughout the entire investment implementation period.
