Opportunity description

The subject of this contract is the performance of construction and installation works comprising the modernization of sections of water supply connections to properties on Noakowskiego and Wiejska Streets in Włocławek, with a total length of approximately 292 linear metres, using PE100 RC SDR17 PN10 pipes together with fittings and fixtures at the water meter (replacement up to the water meter assembly (without replacing the water meter), including accompanying fixtures—shut-off valves before and after the water meter and a backflow prevention valve holding PZH approval). The scope of work includes the renovation of sections of water supply connections on the above-mentioned streets, together with fittings and fixtures at the water meter, as well as carrying out surveying work, demolition work and earthworks, supplying materials, removing and disposing of excavated material and demolition materials, leak testing, flushing, disinfection, organization and securing of the construction site, restoration of the surface to its original condition, and all preparatory and clean-up work, including tidying the site after completion of construction, the costs of fees for occupation of the site, preparation of as-built documentation, and other works in accordance with the Design Documentation. The final remuneration will be determined on the basis of the quantities of work actually performed and accepted. The subject of the basic contract under agreement TR/2223/12/2025 dated 12.11.2025 includes the modernization of water supply networks with connections, connecting sections, junctions and branches in Wiejska and Noakowskiego Streets in Włocławek. This contract constitutes the repeated performance of similar construction works by the existing Contractor of the basic contract. At the same time, the award of the contract was provided for in the contract notice for the basic contract and is consistent with its subject matter, and its value was taken into account when calculating the value of the basic contract. Furthermore, the value of the contract does not exceed 15% of the value of the basic contract. Procedure: neg-wo-call.
