Opportunity description

The subject of this contract is the execution of construction and installation works involving the modernization of water supply connections to properties on Królewiecka, Chmielna and Bukowa Streets in Włocławek, with a total length of approximately 130 linear metres, using PE100 RC SDR17 PN10 pipes together with fittings and fixtures at the water meter (replacement up to the water meter set (without replacing the water meter), including accompanying fixtures—shut-off valves upstream and downstream of the water meter and a backflow prevention valve holding PZH certification). The scope of work includes the renovation of the aforementioned water supply connections together with fittings and fixtures at the water meter, as well as surveying, demolition and earthworks, supply of materials, removal and disposal of excavated material and demolition materials, leak tests, flushing, disinfection, organization and securing of the construction site, restoration of surfaces to their original condition, and all preparatory and cleanup work, including tidying the site after completion of construction, the costs of fees for occupying the site, preparation of as-built documentation, and other works in accordance with the Design Documentation. The final remuneration will be determined on the basis of the quantities of work actually completed and accepted. The subject of the basic contract under agreement TR/2223/15/2025 dated 04.12.2025 includes the modernization of water supply networks with connections, connecting sections, connecting sections, connections and branches in Stary Rynek, Bechiego, Królewiecka, Chmielna and Bukowa Streets in Włocławek. This contract constitutes a repetition of similar construction works by the existing Contractor of the basic contract. At the same time, the award of the contract was provided for in the contract notice for the basic contract and is consistent with its subject matter, and its value was taken into account when calculating the value of the basic contract.
