The subject of the contract is the comprehensive implementation of the task entitled: “Design, supply and turnkey construction of a photovoltaic installation entitled PV Lubno III with an installed capacity of up to 48 MW”. The subject of the Contract includes the comprehensive turnkey execution of construction and electrical works and the necessary design work relating to the construction and supply of a photovoltaic installation entitled PV Lubno III with an installed capacity of up to 48 MW, together with a GPO station, in accordance with the PFU, excluding the supply of photovoltaic panels and inverters (supply within the scope of the Contracting Authority, installation within the scope of the Contractor). The photovoltaic installation entitled Lubno III must be constructed in such a way that it has the status of a renewable energy source installation in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 20 February 2015 on renewable energy sources (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 68, as amended). The subject of the contract is the comprehensive implementation of the task entitled: “Design, supply and turnkey construction of a photovoltaic installation entitled PV Lubno III with an installed capacity of up to 48 MW”. The subject of the Contract includes the comprehensive turnkey execution of construction and electrical works and the necessary design work relating to the construction and supply of a photovoltaic installation entitled PV Lubno III with an installed capacity of up to 48 MW, together with a GPO station, in accordance with the PFU, excluding the supply of photovoltaic panels and inverters. The supply of photovoltaic panels and inverters will be carried out as an investor-supplied delivery; their placement and installation remain within the scope of the Contractor’s tasks. The implementation of the Subject of the Contract includes the performance of all tasks and obligations arising from contracts, decisions, agreements, arrangements, permits and conditions necessary to commission the Photovoltaic Installation, as well as the performance of all acceptance procedures and tests required by the Contracting Authority, the manufacturers of the Photovoltaic Panels and the Distribution System Operator, and by the provisions of Applicable Law and Standards, together with obtaining the missing Permits and the Occupancy Permit for the project and placing the Photovoltaic Installation into commercial operation in accordance with the PFU, HRF and the Contract.
