Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the design (performance of design work) for Stage I, Stage II and Stage III and the execution (performance of construction works) solely for Stage I of the investment project entitled: “CONSTRUCTION OF AN ENTERTAINMENT AND SPORTS HALL TOGETHER WITH AN UNDERGROUND ‘U2’ SHELTER ADAPTED TO ALTERNATIVELY SERVE AS AN UNDERGROUND GARAGE IN ZAWIERCIE”. 1. The subject of the contract is the design (performance of design work) for Stage I, Stage II and Stage III and the execution (performance of construction works) solely for Stage I of the investment project entitled: “CONSTRUCTION OF AN ENTERTAINMENT AND SPORTS HALL TOGETHER WITH AN UNDERGROUND ‘U2’ SHELTER ADAPTED TO ALTERNATIVELY SERVE AS AN UNDERGROUND GARAGE IN ZAWIERCIE”. 2. The project consists of three implementation stages: 2.1. Implementation Stage I: Construction of the entertainment and sports hall building with a “U2” shelter based on the supplied concept, including reconstruction of the access road from the public road, demolition of the existing building, construction of an access road, construction of four parking-space sectors, pavements, cycling and roller-skating paths, multifunctional areas with ramps for persons with disabilities and outdoor stairs, shelters for the temporary collection of solid waste with the possibility of segregation, two access ramps to the underground part of the facility, coach parking spaces, a bus stop, bicycle shelters, complete technical infrastructure and connections to the respective utility networks, and a sledding and skiing hill. 2.2. Implementation Stage II: Construction of two parking sectors together with an access road from the northern side of the facility. 2.3. Implementation Stage III: Construction of an access road from the eastern side of the area covered by the study, together with parking spaces, a complex of tennis courts and access to the reserved land for a future commercial building. 3. The detailed conditions for the performance of the Contract and its scope, including the scope of design work and construction works, are specified in the Functional and Utility Program (PFU) together with its appendices—Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ—and the Draft Contract—Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. Note: If the PFU and its appendices contain any provisions concerning the conditions for performing the subject matter of the contract, e.g. rules for introducing additional or substitute works, acceptance of works, or the settlement method, which are not reflected in this SWZ and the Draft Contract Provisions or conflict with them, the provisions of the SWZ and the Draft Contract Provisions constituting an appendix to the SWZ shall be deemed binding.
