The subject of the contract is the construction of a water supply network in the area of Powstańców Wlkp. Square and the Reconstruction of Powstańców Wielkopolskich Square and Szkolna Street in Kórnik: a) Aquanet scope - construction of a water supply network in the area of Powstańców Wielkopolskich Square Water supply network with a diameter of: DN180 mm, length approximately 446 m, DN 90 mm, length 8 m New water supply connections 3, pcs Water supply connections to be replaced 23, pcs. Water supply connections to be switched over 3, pcs. b) Scope of the City and Municipality of Kórnik - Reconstruction of Powstańców Wielkopolskich Square and Szkolna Street in Kórnik Lengths and Diameters of Network Sewers and sewer manholes (Total) D800 244.5 m Network stormwater sewer,, D400 10.5 m Network stormwater sewer,, D250 8.0 m Network stormwater sewer (in Wojska Polskiego Street) D1200 pcs.10 Concrete Concrete manholes D1000 pcs.1 Concrete manholes D600 pcs.4 made of plastics (PP) Lengths and Diameters of Connection Sewers and inlets (Total) D200 121 m Stormwater sewers (connections to inlets) D250 35.5 m Stormwater sewers (supplementary/connection) Deep inlets pcs.18 with sediment trap (concrete D600) Shallow inlets pcs.7 Linear (without sediment trap) As part of the investment, the designed stormwater drainage system is located within the road lanes of Powstańców Square and within the road lanes of the following streets: Szkolna, Dworcowa and Wojska Polskiego, plots: (plots no.: 646 and 323 and parts of plots no.: 576, 513, 200/6, 324/1 and 648/1, Precinct Kórnik, Registration Unit City of Kórnik (Note: for plot no. 648/1 there is only a designed curbside gutter, while for plot no. 324/1 there is only contact between the designed curbside gutter and the boundary of plot 324/1) Connection of the stormwater drainage system to manhole S10 according to the supplementary study for the facility: “STORMWATER SEWER NETWORK IN THE CITY OF KÓRNIK - DESIGN SOLUTION FOR CONNECTION TO THE DESIGNED NETWORK” by PP-U - SYSTEM A in Gniezno, facility address: 62-035 Kórnik – city of Kórnik, Dworcowa Street, cadastral plot no.: 513, precinct city of Kórnik - sewer manhole no. S10 in Dworcowa Street in the basic design. The road lane must be restored in accordance with the attached pavement restoration design.
