The subject matter of the contract is: comprehensive execution of construction works for task No. 01870 Reconstruction of Building No. 102 Warsaw-Rembertów with a change of use for the needs of the Territorial Defence Forces, together with development of the adjacent area MATERIAL SCOPE OF WORKS Discipline: 1.Structural and construction 2.Road 3.Installation involving electrical and power networks, installations and equipment 4.Installation involving heating, ventilation, gas, water supply and sewerage networks, installations and equipment. 5.Telecommunications (low-current systems) The Contracting Authority may cancel the contract award procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it, and the possibility of cancelling the procedure on this basis was provided for in the contract notice.
