1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the task under the design-and-build formula entitled: “KPP Świecie – construction of a new headquarters”. The investment is intended to construct a new headquarters for the County Police Headquarters in Świecie, consisting of an administrative building with an underground car park, a garage and workshop building, a canine facilities building, a complex of kennels for service dogs, a freestanding prestressed-concrete antenna mast, a pylon, hardened internal access routes with parking spaces and pavements, fences with gates and wickets, utility connections and technical infrastructure, and small architectural structures. 2. The subject of the contract comprises architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services and construction works, in particular: earthworks, building construction works, concreting, reinforced-concrete structures, masonry works, steel structures, roof-covering works, insulation works, thermal insulation, façade works, plastering, construction joinery works, floor and wall covering, painting and glazing works, other construction finishing works, electrical installation works, wiring and electrical installation works, fibre-optic installation works, water, sewage and sanitary installation works, installation of central heating, installation of ventilation and air-conditioning equipment, water, sewage and sanitary installation works, works involving the construction, foundation and installation of reinforced-concrete and prestressed-concrete poles, demolition works, works involving various surfaces 3.
