Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is: Modernization and reconstruction of the Operating Theatre of the Cardiac Surgery Department - STAGE I. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of partial tenders. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Annexes Nos. 2b, 3 and 4 to the SWZ. 3.3. The Contracting Authority’s requirements concerning the subject matter of the contract: The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject matter of the contract in accordance with the description contained in the SWZ and the contract, as well as in accordance with: a) the Functional and Utility Program constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ b) the conditions arising from the applicable technical regulations and the Construction Law; c) the requirements arising from the applicable Polish Standards, Technical Conditions for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, and related regulations; d) the principles of sound technical knowledge and established customs. When performing the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor shall purchase, at its own expense and within the costs specified in this contract, all finishing materials necessary for the performance of the task in question. The materials used by the Contractor must be approved for use in construction within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 7 July 1994, Construction Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, as amended) and the Act of 16 April 2004 on construction products (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1213, as amended), and accepted by the Contracting Authority. 3.4. In cases where the description of the subject matter of the contract indicates trademarks, patents or origin, source or a specific process that characterizes particular products or services supplied by a specific contractor, this means that the Contracting Authority cannot describe the subject matter of the contract in a sufficiently precise and comprehensible manner; however, in each such situation, the Contracting Authority permits a solution equivalent to those described above. In such situations, any references to trademarks, patents, origin, source or a specific process that characterizes particular products or services supplied by a specific contractor shall be read together with the words “or equivalent”. When describing the subject matter of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Pzp, the Contracting Authority permits solutions equivalent to those described. In such situations, any references shall be read together with the words “or equivalent”. 3.5. The Contracting Authority requires the subject matter of the contract to be performed in accordance with the terms specified in the contract. The draft provisions of the public procurement contract that will be incorporated into the contract constitute annexes to the SWZ. INFORMATION ON THE ANTICIPATED CONTRACTS REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 214(1)(7) AND (8), IF THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY ANTICIPATES AWARDING SUCH CONTRACTS The Contracting Authority does not anticipate awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Pzp Act. The Contracting Authority does not anticipate awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Pzp Act. DESCRIPTION OF THE CRITERIA THAT THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY WILL APPLY WHEN SELECTING THE TENDER, INCLUDING THE WEIGHTS OF THESE CRITERIA AND THE METHOD OF EVALUATING TENDERS 13.1. Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of the criteria specified in the SWZ and their weights. Tenders will be scored separately with respect to the individual Tasks. During the evaluation of tenders, points will be awarded to the tenders considered and evaluated in sequence for the following criteria according to the following rules: PRICE CRITERION weight: 60 % WARRANTY AND STATUTORY WARRANTY CRITERION weight: 40 % Procedure: open.
