Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the preparation of complete design documentation and the execution of construction works according to the prepared documentation for the task entitled: Modernization of heating in occupied premises at Boczna 13a/4 – Stage 7. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the Functional and Utility Program, sketch – Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority requires that the price of the design documentation not exceed 5% of the value of the construction works. The Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with a quality guarantee for the works that are the subject of the contract for a period of 60 months, calculated from the day following the date of acceptance by protocol, without reservations, of the entire subject of the contract, performed under the conditions specified in the Specification of Contract Conditions.
