Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the preparation of complete design documentation and the execution of construction works according to the prepared documentation for the task entitled: Modernization of heating in occupied premises at Sobieskiego 43/15 – Stage 6. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the Functional and Utility Program, sketch – Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority requires that the price of the design documentation not exceed 5% of the value of the construction works. The Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with a quality guarantee for the works that are the subject of the contract for a period of 60 months, calculated from the day following the date of the unreserved acceptance, recorded in a protocol, of the entire subject of the contract, performed under the conditions specified in the Specification of Contract Terms.
