1 The subject of the Contract is the execution of the following elements: Preparation of design documentation and execution of construction works as part of the task entitled: “Modernization of the section of railway line No. 16 Łęczyca – Kutno” implemented as part of the project entitled: “Selected works in railway junction areas” 1.1. Basic scope: design and execution of works for single-track railway line No. 16 on the section from Łęczyca to Kutno, divided into: Part A and Part B. Part A, section from km 47,397 to km 50,712 – replacement of the track superstructure together with works in the fields of power engineering, automation and telecommunications, a level crossing at km 47,887 and rehabilitation of the culvert at km 48,766. And Part B consisting of the construction of a second track on part of the section (from approximately km 50,712 to approximately km 66,001), replacement of the superstructure of the existing track from km 50,712 to km 68,882 together with drainage, traffic control and traction power supply equipment, overhead contact line, railway crossings, engineering structures, passenger service facilities, telecommunications and electrical power networks, and other associated structures, 1.2. Option Right: design and construction of 2 single-edge platforms together with the design and execution of all works in the remaining disciplines related to the construction of a new passenger stop in Topola Królewska. The entire subject of the Contract includes the execution of the following elements: 1) Design documentation, including: a) construction design together with the provision of designer’s supervision, b) obtaining a building permit and other necessary administrative decisions, c) preparation of the detailed design, d) preparation of as-built documentation, including geodetic as-built documentation, 2) and works in the following scopes: a) superstructure and subgrade, b) railway traffic control equipment (srk), c) telecommunications equipment and systems, d) overhead contact line together with power supply, e) electrical power equipment and systems up to 1 kV, f) engineering structures, g) platforms and building structures, h) pedestrian crossings and level crossings, i) geology. 3) works consisting of the construction of environmental protection structures. 4) carrying out the conformity assessment process for the structural subsystems “Infrastructure”, “Energy”, “Control-command – trackside equipment” within the scope covered by the contract at every stage (design, construction and final subsystem tests) and providing the appropriate EC declarations of verification and EC verification certificates for the subsystems. 1.
