Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the Contractor’s implementation of the entire Investment in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract provided for in the procedure conducted under the open tender procedure entitled “CONSTRUCTION OF AN ELEVATED LANDING PAD FOR LPR RESCUE HELICOPTERS FOR THE M. KOPERNIK PROVINCIAL MULTISPECIALTY CENTER FOR ONCOLOGY AND TRAUMATOLOGY IN ŁÓDŹ”. In particular, the subject matter of this agreement includes: Performance of construction and installation works on the basis of the Design Documentation, as well as: a. Preparation of discipline-specific as-built documentation b. Organization and performance of the necessary tests, examinations, measurements and acceptances, as well as the final acceptance of all works constituting the subject matter of the contract, c. Preparation, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, of notifications of the commencement and completion of the works and obtaining the permits required by law that are necessary for the construction of the facility and putting it into use (if required), The scope of the subject matter has been described in detail in the following attachments: a) Design documentation – Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ b) draft agreement – Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ The Contracting Authority requires the submission of a tender for the entire subject matter of the contract.
