Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is construction work involving the reconstruction of two CZP buildings in Słupsk to expand the activities of the Adult Psychiatric Day Ward and launch a Rehabilitation Day Ward for children. Building Decision No. 90/2024 dated 24.06.2024, issued by the Mayor of the City of Słupsk, reference B.6740.51.2024.JG, was issued for the reconstruction of two former hospital buildings (registration numbers 374 and 375) for the needs of the Mental Health Centre in Słupsk, together with site development and accompanying infrastructure (reconstruction of the internal traffic system together with the construction of passenger car parks, external water supply installation, sanitary sewerage system, stormwater drainage system with an underground retention tank, district heating system, electricity system with site lighting and monitoring, photovoltaic installation, waste shelter, volleyball court, outdoor gym, revitalisation of the historic park layout), on plots Nos.: 1062/3 and 1062/4 in registration district No. 13 at prof. Lotha Street and 1056 in registration district No. 13 at Obrońców Wybrzeża Street in Słupsk. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in the design documentation, comprising the building design and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB) – hereinafter the design documentation. The bills of quantities are for guidance only. 3. The conditions for performance of the contract are also specified in the model contract (Part II of the SWZ). Procedure: open.
