Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the performance of the task entitled “Reconstruction and extension of building No. 17, including a change in the use of the attic for purposes related to hospital operations on the premises of the Independent Public Hospital for Nervously and Mentally Ill Patients, together with the construction of an elevator vestibule, site development, and accompanying infrastructure.” This contract constitutes task No. 3 entitled “Modernization and adaptation of the Psychiatric Care and Treatment Facility, together with the purchase of furnishings and medical equipment at the Independent Public Hospital for Nervously and Mentally Ill Patients in Międzyrzecz”, implemented as part of the strategic project of the Ministry of Health entitled “Development of infrastructure and standards of psychiatric care for children, adolescents and adults at the Independent Public Hospital for Nervously and Mentally Ill Patients in Międzyrzecz”. The project is co-financed from the Medical Fund under a targeted grant awarded by the State Treasury – Minister of Health. The works must be carried out in accordance with the Design Documentation and the other requirements specified in detail in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ), Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, as well as in accordance with Polish Standards, the currently applicable laws in this area, including the provisions of the Construction Law Act, occupational health and safety regulations, fire protection regulations, standards, and construction knowledge and practice.
