Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the performance, for the Contracting Authorities – the Municipality of Świętochłowice, Tramwaje Śląskie S.A. with its registered office in Katowice, and the Chorzów-Świętochłowice Water Supply and Sewerage Company with its registered office in Chorzów – of construction works as part of the investment project entitled: Expansion of the district roads Katowicka Street and Wojska Polskiego Street together with the construction of the integrated “Mijanka” transport interchange in Świętochłowice. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the performance of construction works carried out on the basis of ZRiD Decision 2/2022 dated 3.10.2022 and Building Permit No. 28/22 dated 15.03.2022. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, as well as in the design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, and bills of quantities constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
