4.1. The subject of the contract is construction work divided into three parts, consisting of: 4.1.1. Part 1 of the contract: supplementation of the water supply system. Construction of the Kiekrz SUW under the design-and-build procedure, 4.1.2. Part 2 of the contract: supplementation of the water supply system. Construction of a groundwater intake in Cerekwica – construction work, 4.1.3. Part 3 of the contract: a) Expansion of the sanitary sewer system in the Rokietnica municipality. Including the following investments: i. Rokietnica, Rubinowa St., construction of a sanitary sewer network with connection stubs – construction work. ii. Rogierówko, Rogera Raczyńskiego St., construction of a sanitary sewer network with connection stubs - construction work. iii. Rostworowo, Rokietnicka St., construction of a sanitary sewer network with connection stubs - construction work. b) Supplementation of the water supply system. Including the following investments: i. Modernization of the water supply network in Napachanie, Rokietnicka St. (from Majątkowa to Gościnówka) and the crossing from the Napachanie SUW to Poznańska St. - construction work. ii. Modernization of the water supply network in Kobylniki, Kierska St. - construction work. iii. Water supply network in Napachanie, Majątkowa St., PE 160 mm - construction work. iv. Mrowino - Rokietnica water main from Trakt Napoleoński, Szamotulska St., replacement with PE 200 mm - construction work. v. Water supply network in Krzyszkowo, Obornicka St. - replacement of PVC and steel with PE 110 mm - construction work. 4.2.
