The subject matter of the contract is construction work under the “design and build” system as part of the project “Improving the quality of and access to outpatient medical services through the modernization of the Specialist Outpatient Clinics of the ‘CZMP’ Institute in Łódź”. 2. Financing: The subject matter of the contract will be financed from the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate and Environment Programme 2021-2027 under action FENX.06.01 Healthcare system, priority FENX.06 Health (grant agreement No. FENX.06.01-IP.03-0024/25-00/62/2025/153 for the project entitled “Improving the quality of and access to outpatient medical services through the modernization of the Specialist Outpatient Clinics of the ‘CZMP’ Institute in Łódź”). 3. List of work to be performed: As part of the task, construction work is planned, including preparatory work related to construction site organization, demolition and renovation work, reconstruction and expansion of internal installations, including, among others, water supply and sewage, electrical and low-current installations, access control (KD), video surveillance (CCTV), voice alarm system (DSO) and fire alarm system (SSP), and installation of fixed built-in furniture.
