1. The subject matter of the contract is the performance of an inventory, bill of quantities, preparation of technical documentation, including detailed design documentation (also investment implementation conditions), and formal documentation, provision of author’s supervision, supply of equipment and handling of the Contracting Authority’s deliveries, ongoing cooperation with the Contracting Authority, reconstruction of crossed or adjacent facilities, as well as the performance of construction and installation works (stations and lines) for new investment tasks and partially completed investment tasks. 2. Names and codes of the Common Procurement Vocabulary: 45000000-7 - Construction work, 71000000-8, 31000000-6. 4. In each and every case in which the Contracting Authority describes the subject matter of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Act, the Contracting Authority permits solutions equivalent to those described if they make it possible to obtain features or parameters no worse than those cited. The above means that the contractor may apply the solutions described by the Contracting Authority “or equivalent.” 5. Pursuant to Article 101(5) of the Act, a Contractor who invokes solutions equivalent to those described by the Contracting Authority is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies, services or construction works offered by it meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority, provided that the Contractor proves in the tender, in particular by means of the subject-matter evidence referred to in Articles 104-107 of the Act, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract to an equivalent degree. 1.
