Opportunity description

1. The subject of the Contract is the conclusion of Framework Agreement No. 2 concerning the Technical Security System (SOT), Fire Alarm System (SSP), and fencing. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Part II of the SWZ, Functional and Utility Program (P-FU). 3. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of exercising the option right within the meaning of Article 441 of the Act at the stage of the Executive Contract. 4. Names and codes of the Common Procurement Vocabulary: 45000000-7, 3512000-1, 45220000-5, 45300000-0, 45310000-3, 45311000-0, 45314000-1, 45316000-5, 45317000-2, 71320000-7, 80511000-9, 80531200-7. 5. In each and every case in which the Contracting Authority describes the subject matter of the Contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Act, the Contracting Authority permits solutions equivalent to those described, provided that they make it possible to obtain characteristics or parameters no worse than those referenced. The above means that the Contractor may use the solutions described by the Contracting Authority “or equivalent.” 6. A Contractor that relies on solutions equivalent to those described by the Contracting Authority is obliged to demonstrate, in particular by means of the subject-matter evidence referred to in Articles 104–107 of the Act (at the stage of the procedure for awarding the Executive Contract), that the supplies, services, or construction works it offers meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority to an equivalent degree. 1.
