Opportunity description
1) The subject matter of the contract is the design, obtaining all approvals and permits required by law that are necessary to obtain a building permit and commence construction works, execution of construction works on the basis of the documents obtained, and preparation of a natural inventory before the commencement of construction works and after their completion for the task “Restoration of retention reservoirs in the Wielkie Oczy forest district and Reconstruction of a culvert into a bridge on forest road inventory no. 220/1139” with the following parameters: 1.1 “Restoration of retention reservoirs in the Wielkie Oczy forest district” with the following parameters: The subject matter of the project is the restoration of retention reservoirs with a total area of approximately 3.0 ha, together with the construction of earth embankments and hydraulic structures, including 5 emergency spillways. Basic parameters of the 5 reservoirs - total area: approx. 3.0 ha (30,000 m²) - average depth: 1.2 m - total retention capacity: min. 28,000 m³ - Total length of 5 embankments with a crown width of 2–3 m: approx. 270 m (5 sections), The scope of earthworks includes: - shaping the reservoir basin, including profiling the reservoir bottom and the internal and external slopes, - construction of earth embankments, - construction of 5 spillways/rapids. The reservoir bottom will remain partly in its currently existing form and condition and, partly, as described above, may be deepened in order to obtain material for constructing the earth embankments. Differentiated depths have been adopted: - littoral zone: 0.3–0.8 m, - central zone: 0.5–1.0 m, - deep zone: up to approx. 2.0 m. Slope gradients: internal slopes: 1:2 to 1:5, Earth embankments - Five embankments with a total length of approx. 270 m are planned. Parameters: - crown width: 3.0–4.0 m, - height: approx. 2.0, - slope gradients: 1:2–1:3 The embankments will be made of mineral soils excavated from the reservoir basin and compacted in layers. If permeable soils are present, a sealing core made of cohesive soils is planned. Spillways/rapids To ensure hydrological safety, 5 spillways/rapids have been designed to enable the continuous conveyance of water – maintaining a constant flow and discharging excess water. Earth mass balance The volume of earthworks associated with shaping the reservoir basin is: Volume of fills (embankments) Assuming an average embankment cross-sectional area of approx. 9.0 m²: V ≈ 270 m × 9.0 m² = 2,430 m³ After accounting for technological losses and compaction: 👉 approx. 2,500–3,000 m³ Balance statement excavation volume: 2,500–3,000 m³ fill volume: approx. 2,500–3,000 m³ surplus excavated material: 0 m³ Management of excavated material All excavated material will be used within the project site for: construction of embankments, shaping of slopes, land levelling, It is estimated that 100% of the excavated material will be used on site. • All design solutions will require the contracting authority’s ongoing approval. 1.2. The subject matter of the planned project is the reconstruction of the existing culvert into a bridge on forest road inventory no. 220/1139 in the Wielkie Oczy forest district, The scope of works will include in particular: a) demolition of the existing culvert made of reinforced concrete pipes and headwalls b) construction of a new bridge structure—a steel span made of corrugated sheets, c) construction of headwall reinforcement in the form of stone riprap, d) restoration of bituminous-surface approaches on the structure and before and after the structure over a total length of approximately 100 m The width of the bridge should allow for the construction of a surface on the bridge with a width of min. 3.5 m and shoulders of 2 × 1.5 m, and its clearance will result from calculations and arrangements with the watercourse administrator and the water-law permit obtained Procedure: open. Estimated value: 2,015,000 PLN. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
