Opportunity description

The subject of the Contract is: Execution of works for the Task entitled: “Modernization and electrification of railway line No. 24 on the Piotrków Trybunalski – Bełchatów section, with an extension to Bogumiłów”, implemented under the Programme for Supplementing Local and Regional Railway Infrastructure – Kolej+ until 2032. The entire subject of the Contract includes the execution of the following elements: Execution of works for the Basic Scope (Task I): 1) track works, 2) platforms, 3) overhead contact line, 4) electrical power equipment and systems up to 1 kV, 5) road systems, 6) engineering structures, 7) buildings, 8) pedestrian crossings and level crossings, 9) execution of works involving the construction of environmental protection structures, 10) dendrology, 11) street furniture, 12) sanitary networks, connections and equipment, 13) site development. Preparation of designs together with the execution of works for the Basic Scope (Task II): 1) railway traffic control equipment (srk), 2) telecommunications networks, equipment and systems. Execution of works for Option 1 (Task I): - electrification of railway line No. 24 on the Piotrków Trybunalski – Bogumiłów section. Execution of works for Option 2 (Task I): - construction of the freight section of Bogumiłów station. Preparation of designs together with the execution of works for Option 2 (Task II): - telecommunications networks, srk equipment and systems. Execution of works for Option 3 (Task I): - construction of a car park at Wola Krzysztoporska station together with accompanying infrastructure. Execution of works for Option 4 (Task I): - construction of a car park at the Korczew passenger stop together with accompanying infrastructure. Execution of works for Option 5 (Task I): - construction of a car park at the Bełchatów Miasto passenger stop together with accompanying infrastructure. Execution of works for Option 6 (Task I): - construction of a car park at the Kurnos passenger stop together with accompanying infrastructure. Execution of works for Option 7 (Task I): - construction of a car park at the Zarzecze nad Widawką passenger stop together with accompanying infrastructure. Execution of works for Option 8 (Task I): - construction of a car park at the Trząs passenger stop together with accompanying infrastructure. Execution of works for Option 9 (Task I): - construction of a car park at Bogumiłów station together with accompanying infrastructure. The detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract has been presented within the scope of: – Task I: in the descriptive and drawing parts of the Design Documentation, the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWIORB) constituting Volume III of the SWZ, and the Bill of Quantities contained in Volume IV of the SWZ, – Task II: presented in the PFU constituting Volume III of the SWZ and in the RCO contained in Volume IV of the SWZ, – Option rights: presented in Volume III of the SWZ and in the Bill of Quantities and RCO contained in Volume IV of the SWZ. Information supplementing section 5.1.3. Estimated duration: Contract performance period: 28 months from the date of conclusion of the Contract, in accordance with § 4 of the Contract Conditions contained in Volume II of the SWZ, including: a) completion of all Works (subject to the point below), for the Basic Scope and the Options (if exercised), confirmed by the Contracting Authority’s performance of the Final Acceptance, including the handover to the Contracting Authority of complete as-built documentation and the delivery to the Contracting Authority of a complete set of documents related to the certification process – 20 (twenty) months from the date of conclusion of the Contract, b) delivery to the Contracting Authority of authorizations for placing structural subsystems in service, in accordance with the Railway Transport Act, for the Basic Scope and the Options (if exercised) – no longer than within 8 (eight) months from the date of the Contracting Authority’s performance of the Final Acceptance.
