Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract includes the design (preparation of design documentation) and execution of demolition (performance of construction works) under the design-and-build system for the task entitled: “Design and execution of the removal of Toll Collection Points located along the Opole section of the A4 motorway, together with restoring the road condition to the standards appropriate for its class”. The subject matter of the contract is the design and execution of the dismantling and disposal of the infrastructure of the Toll Collection Points (hereinafter referred to as MPO), i.e. the Toll Collection Stations (hereinafter referred to as SPO) Przylesie, Prądy, Dąbrówka, Gogolin, Olszowa, Nogowczyce, restoration of the road condition to the standards appropriate for its class, together with a change in traffic organization. The above Toll Collection Stations are located at the interchanges of the Opole section of the A4 motorway (section from km 193+965 to km 281+686). The scope of the contract includes the performance of all works necessary for the proper functioning of the motorway and improvement of traffic flow by adapting the cross-section of the MPO, i.e. SPO, to the full motorway cross-section of the interchange slip road in accordance with the applicable provisions of law, Orders of the General Director for National Roads and Motorways, and technical knowledge. All necessary design studies must be prepared; the necessary opinions and technical conditions, all arrangements, permits, authorizations, decisions, and consents required for the performance of the Contract in accordance with the Contracting Authority’s requirements and the provisions of the Contract must be obtained in the name and on behalf of the Contracting Authority; the construction works must be performed; and occupancy permit decisions must be obtained in the name and on behalf of the Contracting Authority, if required. The detailed material scope of the works planned to be performed as part of the Contractor’s obligations is presented in the Functional and Utility Program (SWZ VOLUME III). 2.
