Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the design and execution of works for the reconstruction of the overhead contact line on double-track railway line No. 62, on track No. 1 from km 2,288 to km 6,681 and from km 9,120 to km 14,282, and on track No. 2 from km 2,280 to km 6,681 and from km 9,120 to km 16,675. The entire subject of the contract includes the preparation of: 1)design documentation necessary for the proper execution of all construction works and obtaining for it all required opinions, arrangements, approvals, conditions, decisions and permits necessary for the performance of the subject of the contract; 2)all construction works in accordance with the scope of the contract, based on the design documentation prepared by the Contractor and approved by the Contracting Authority, as referred to in point 1 above, as well as all preparatory works necessary to carry out the scope of the Agreement and perform all activities required by Law; 3)conducting a conformity assessment of the “Energy” structural subsystem covered by the scope of the contract at every stage (design, construction and final subsystem testing). The contract includes the design and execution of the reconstruction of the overhead contact line on double-track railway line No. 62 at the following locations: •from km 2,288 to km 6,681 and from km 9,120 to km 14,282 on track No. 1; •from km 2,280 to km 6,681 and from km 9,120 to km 16,675 on track No. 2.
