The subject matter of the contract is the design and execution of the task: “Expansion of access control, the television surveillance system, and electronic key storage at the Academic Sports Centre” in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ. 2. The subject matter of the contract is described by: 1) Functional and utility programme (PFU) – Annex No. 2 to the SWZ; 2) Draft contract provisions – Annex No. 11 to the SWZ. 3. The subject matter of the contract must meet technical, functional, and utility requirements that are the same as or higher than those described in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ; the Contractor may not offer products with inferior technical, quality, functional, or utility parameters in relation to the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority in the PFU. 4. Pursuant to Article 95(2) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing manual and auxiliary work and equipment operators.
