Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the procurement is technical assistance services concerning three contracts for the execution of construction works—hereinafter: Works Contracts—for the material scope of the Project “Improvement of the drinking water supply system for the city of Toruń”, consisting of supervising, administering and coordinating, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, the implementation of Contract W-1/R “Modernization of the Mała Nieszawka groundwater intake”, Contract W-4/R “Expansion and modernization of the water supply network in the city of Toruń” and Contract W-5/R “Intelligent water supply network monitoring and management system”—hereinafter also: Engineer’s Services. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the procurement is presented in Appendix No. 1 to the Procurement Specification (also referred to as the “SWZ”). The Contractor is obliged to perform the procurement in accordance with the rules and conditions described in the model Contract constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. Procedure: open.
