Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is: Supply of road traffic safety equipment (U-1a/U-1b delineator posts) together with installation 2. The contract includes the supply of signs, marking elements and road traffic safety equipment together with installation on voivodeship roads administered by RDW in Lublin with its registered office in Bychawa. 3. Description of road traffic safety equipment: 1) monolithic U-1a delineator post with a trapezoidal cross-section, made of plastic, from a uniform material, without joints. The post is equipped with a white and red reflective element. Post with a trapezoidal cross-section with dimensions of 40 x 80 x 120 mm; post height: 1 500 mm (or 1 495 mm) The plastic delineator post, intended to be fixed in the ground, should have an opening in its lower part for the insertion of a plastic pin (crossbar) with a diameter of 15 to 20 mm and a length of 20 to 30 cm, making it difficult to pull the post out of the ground, or a ground-fixing anchor made of sheet steel. The colour of the delineator posts should be white with red elements; furthermore, the post should be clean, smooth and free of scratches, blisters and indentations. 2) U-1b delineator post (with a trapezoidal cross-section) equipped with an anchor for mounting on a steel safety barrier, made of sheet steel. The colour of the delineator posts should be white with red elements; furthermore, the post should be clean, smooth and free of scratches, blisters and indentations. The Contractor shall also provide all missing nuts and bolts for the U-1b posts. 3) U-7 kilometre sign; height 42 mm; digits in the form of a sticker affixed to the U-1a (U-1b) post; digits made of black, non-reflective film – resistant to the digits being detached when the posts are washed. Kilometre digits placed on the delineator post on the approach side. 4) U-8 hectometre digit; height 102 mm; digits in the form of a sticker affixed to the U-1a (U-1b) post; digits made of black, non-reflective film – resistant to the digits being detached when the posts are washed. Hectometre digits placed on the delineator post on the approach side. 5) U-1f road number digit; height 42 mm (sticker height 60 mm); digits in the form of a sticker affixed to the U-1a (U-1b) post; digits made of black, non-reflective film, yellow background made of type 1 film – resistant to the digits being detached when the posts are washed. Road number digits placed on the delineator post on the approach side. Digits for voivodeship road number “834”/“835”/“836”/“848”. 4. The warranty for the durability of the U-1a and U-1b delineator posts and for the durability of the installed delineator posts is 24 months (the warranty does not cover mechanical damage). 2. The Contracting Authority does not envisage dividing the contract into lots. 3. Contract performance period - 70 days from the date of signing the contract. 4. In accordance with Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders and will then perform the qualitative selection of the contractor whose tender was evaluated most highly, with regard to the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. 6. Pursuant to Article 455(1)(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of amending the contract as specified in detail in the draft contract. 7.
