Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the granting of a long-term bank loan in the amount of PLN 14,178,000.00 to cover previously incurred liabilities and finance the Municipality’s planned deficit. Repayment period for the loan principal installments: December 2026 – December 2041. Interest will be repaid in the years 2026–2041. The Bank will make the loan available to the Contracting Authority immediately after conclusion of the agreement, but no later than 30.12.2026. Planned date of conclusion of the agreement: October 2026. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of repaying loan installments in foreign currencies. All settlements between the Contractor and the Contracting Authority will be made in Polish zlotys (PLN). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
