Opportunity description

in accordance with point 4 of the SWZ 4.1. The subject of the contract is a maintenance and development support service for the application and database of the Landslide Protection System. The description of the subject of the contract contains the scope of the service (number of working hours) that the Contractor will be obliged to perform under the basic contract and the contract covered by the option right. The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to use the contract covered by the option right. 4.2. The detailed scope and method of performance of the subject of the contract have been specified in:  Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract  Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Draft contractual provisions. 4.3. The Contracting Authority requires that the services offered, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to perform the contract, both as main elements and as components, elements of the service delivery environment or accompanying solutions, do not include: 4.3.1. ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in Art. 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security; 4.3.2. an ICT product whose type has been specified in the decision on recognizing a supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Art. 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System, or ICT services or ICT processes specified in that decision. in accordance with point 4 of the SWZ 4.1.
