Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works as part of the investment entitled: “Construction of the Multimodal Transport Hub in Lubin together with a Park&Ride car park and the reconstruction of access roads” – Task No. 2. 2. Due to the financing and settlement method, the Contracting Authority envisages performing this contract through the implementation of the following scopes: Scope No. 1 – Construction of a park & Ride car park in the area of Hutnicza Street in Lubin Scope No. 2 – Construction and reconstruction of Konopnicka Street in Lubin The Contracting Authority will conclude contracts with the Contractor selected in the course of the procedure (this contract will be performed on the basis of two contracts), the subject of which will be the scope of the investment specified for them in the tender documentation and announced under the common name of the procedure. 2. The scope of implementation of the entire subject of the contract includes the following work elements: • Construction and reconstruction of a municipal road; • Reconstruction of intersections, including the intersection of Marii Konopnickiej Street with Hutnicza Street; • Construction of manoeuvring roadways and parking spaces; • Construction and reconstruction of pedestrian paths; • Construction and reconstruction of cycle paths; • Construction of parking bays; • Construction of parking spaces; • Construction and reconstruction of entrances; • Construction and reconstruction of road drainage – construction of a stormwater sewer network; • Construction of a utility duct; • Reconstruction or protection of conflicting sections of utility networks; • Construction and reconstruction of street lighting and additional illumination of pedestrian crossings and cycle crossings; • Construction of traffic signals at the pedestrian crossing and cycle crossing; • Demolition of conflicting elements of the existing site development; • Removal of trees and shrubs, including grubbing out stumps conflicting with the investment; 1. Due to the financing and settlement method, the subject of the contract will be implemented through the performance of two scopes of the task: Scope No. 1 – Construction of a park & Ride car park in the area of Hutnicza Street in Lubin (the scope of the task is co-financed from European Union funds: ZIT LGOF (Integrated Territorial Investments of the Legnica-Głogów Functional Area) originating from the European Funds for Lower Silesia 2021-2027 (FEDS), under Priority No. 3 European Funds for urban mobility in Lower Silesia, Measure 3.1. Eco-friendly urban and suburban transport – ZIT, entitled “Construction of the Multimodal Transport Hub in Lubin together with a Park&Ride car park and the reconstruction of access roads” (call No. FEDS.03.01-IZ.00-259/25 No. FEDS. 03.01-IZ.00-0006/25) Scope No. 2 – Construction and reconstruction of Konopnicka Street in Lubin (the scope of the task is financed from own funds).
