1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation and implementation of a ready-made integrated open-source library system* together with data migration for the Head Office of the Main Medical Library in Warsaw and 17 regional branches of GBL, in accordance with all the requirements and conditions for the performance of the contract specified in the Detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter: OPZ) and the Draft Contractual Provisions (hereinafter: PPU), which constitute appendices to the SWZ. * Open-source software, i.e. open software, shall mean a type of computer software whose source code is made available under a license enabling users to analyze, modify and distribute the program in accordance with the principles of a free software license. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter OPZ), containing a description of the minimum requirements in the given part, constitutes Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. The contract must be performed in full in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ, OPZ and the draft contractual provisions (hereinafter: PPU), which constitute appendices to the SWZ.
