Opportunity description
1. The subject matter of the contract is the “Purchase of computer sets, mobile computer workstations and serology workstations” as part of the implementation of the project entitled “Smart Hospital – Investment in Digital Infrastructure”, financed under a loan from the National Recovery Plan (KPO) through Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK). 2. The subject matter of the contract includes the delivery, assembly, installation and commissioning of computer equipment in a total quantity of 453 units. 3. The description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract. 4. The offered subject matter of the contract must comply with the Technical parameters of computers specified in Appendix No. 1.1 to the Tender Form. Failure to meet the required parameters gives the Contracting Authority grounds to reject the tender. 5. By specifying in the SWZ the proprietary names of products constituting the subject matter of the contract, the Contracting Authority defines the minimum technical parameters and functional and quality characteristics that equivalent products should meet in order to satisfy the stated requirements. 6. Whenever the subject matter of the contract has been described by means of trademarks, patents or origin, a source or a particular process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific contractor, or standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, it shall be assumed that such description is accompanied by the phrase “or equivalent”. Pursuant to Article 101(4) of the Act, the Contracting Authority permits solutions equivalent to those described. 7. A Contractor who, in its tender, invokes the use of products equivalent to those described in the SWZ is obliged to demonstrate that the products it offers meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority by entering the name and configuration of the equivalent product in the Tender Form and demonstrating the equivalence of the offered product in relation to the relevant item in the table of Technical parameters of the offered equipment 8. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of tenders for individual lots. 9. A Contractor may submit only one tender for the contract in question. The submission by a Contractor of more than one tender or of a tender containing alternatives shall result in the rejection of all tenders submitted by that Contractor. 10. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of variant tenders. 11. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the procedure in question due to a lack of funds if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been awarded to it. The above possibility of cancelling the procedure was provided for, in accordance with Article 257 of the Pzp Act, in the contract notice. 13. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the procedure in question if it receives information that the funds allocated for this purpose have been withdrawn (lost).
