The subject of the contract is the supply of PCR genetic tests for the contracting authority’s own GenExpert device (owned by the Contracting Authority) – in the quantities and types specified in the Price Form constituting Annex No. 4 to these SWZ. Detailed requirements and conditions concerning the subject of the contract are set out in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. The above annexes constitute an integral part of the SWZ.
